Based on my research and understanding, the Supreme Frat and the Grand is the TAU GAMMA PHI. Tau Gamma Phi was founded on October 4, 1968 at UP Diliman by the 4 political Science Students. If we compare to the other fraternity, only TAU GAMMA PHI have political science students founders.
